This is the Opel Adam, a car named after the German automotive manufacturer’s founder Adam Opel. Despite being a popular city car, this particular line will be discontinued in 2019. Perhaps the unusual paint names for the Adam played a role in its demise. Colour options include: The Greyfather, Saturday White Fever and I’ll Be Black. It could be that Europeans don’t love all of those references to American movies. But it’s the name - “A Star is Brown” (shown here) that makes one run for the exit. When it comes to products that are brown, it’s probably best to emphasize qualities other than its colour.
